Design features include: Ample belt loops, elasticated waistband, high rise, two side leg pockets, DVR signature belt loop detail at centre back, DVR silicone knee grip, and flattering panelling.

Designer's process:
"I wanted to design the perfect transitional jodhpur from everyday yard life to smartening up for training outings or wearing away from the yard too, and I wanted the panelling to be our most flattering yet. The thought process behind the design was quite lengthy even though the answer looks so simple. I really wanted to include the useful side-leg phone pocket option that we see on most riding and sports pants these days, but I wanted to lose the sport feel and bring something more elegant and formal back to the table. That formality of classic equestrian-wear is something I love, and I don't think we have to compromise it for comfort.
The idea of having trouser pockets at the hip, but that then carry on down to be a side-leg pocket was one that needed testing before I knew whether it would work, and because of the brilliant stretch in the fabric, it worked exactly how I had hoped. The belt loops were a must, so that this style can be dressed up or down, and equally because I was eager to include our signature DVR back detail. The stone option is ideal for competition and lots of riders like a belt to finish their look in the ring. Apart from the back detail, there is no branding on these jodhpurs; again, vital for keeping their elegance through their simplicity. And the fabric... well that will speak for itself. I can safely say, this is the proudest I have been of a product I have designed so far. I love every element of them, and I hope you do too."
