Episode 4 -Natasha Baker MBE

Hello and welcome back to another episode from the DVR Conversations from Isolation Podcast! 

I am SO excited about this guest! I had the pleasure of chatting to the lovely Natasha Baker MBE for this one, Natasha is hugely successful and yet such a humble, down to earth person, with a brilliant outlook and some great advice. 

Natasha is a five time Paralympic Dressage champion and five time European champion. At the London 2012 games, she won double golds and set a Paralympic record in her freestyle.

Her double gold achievement was recognised by the Queen and she was honoured with an MBE. Overall, so far Natasha has won 11 gold medals and 5 silvers medals from both the London and Rio Paralympics, the World Equestrian Games, and European championships.

We talk about Natasha's history, getting into riding, her horses and experiences of the Paralympics. Natasha was giving so much amazing info to us that we decided rather than cropping such interesting conversation, we would split her podcast into two parts.
